Hi All

I am new to this site.. I made an application for naturalisation in september end based on 5 years Tier1 + 1 year after ILR. I requested my employment details form all my employers before applying and one did take a long time in getting back.. I have now found out that I did work 1 week for more than 20 hours when I was a student, didn't work before or after that at all for months.. and I didn't mention this on my application as I was not aware while time of application.. Can experts please guide me if that would be an issue and what should I do to fix that.

Was this during term time? You can work Full time during school break. In any case, if you were not contracted to work for more than 20 hrs while you were studying, I do not see how HO will determine that you worked over 20 hours in just 1 week if they do not have your payslip or your employer provides the info. Your employer might not even have this detail if happened over 5 yrs ago.

HMRC does not provide a breakdown of your weekly pay but your annual gross pay, taxes and benefits.
In my opinion, I do not think it will be a problem unless you have a caseworker on a witch hunt.
