Hi All-

I'm filling my naturalisation application these days and i'm a bit confused with which document to enclose with my application.
My Application is on the basis of permanent residencey in the UK, I'm an EEA national, A Contractor (who's getting a salary from my own LTD company).

I plan to attach the following documentation:

- Permanent Residence document certification
- My EU passport
- Approved qualification in English at B1 CEFR
- The life in the UK test confirmation letter
- Payment slip
- Recent HMRC Self Assessment Statement of Account.

Anything I forgot? anything is incorrect (base on my status)?

Self assessment statements and P60s should be fine. I have also included council tax statements.
