Passport for child + WRS

Hi.
I sent all the correct evidence /p60s for 5 years, wrs,birth certificate,/ and they still refuse to give passport for my son.
I dont know what to do.
May i try again next year ?
I can not afford an expensive solicitor.
Please someone can help?

When was your son born?
Where was son born, UK or abroad?
How long have you been in the UK?

Hi CR001.
My son Dob: 24.06.2012. Was born in London.
I m in the uk legally since 2004.
I am from Hungary.

Hi.
They dont accept my wrs because i registered when i started working for a cleaning agency then 10 months later the company employe me so i left the agency and i start whit this company.
Noone told me i have to register again because you need to work for 12 month contionus .If you have less Then you have to register again.
So they problem was that two months what is missing.
NOW what can i do?

Nothing to do with it unfortunately. You did not have a WRS certificate in time, so you did not have a PR.

Your counter resets as of April 2011 as the WRS scheme got abandoned then. You will most likely need to register that child as a British citizen. Small mistake on your part will now make it difficult (months of waiting) and about £1000 more expensive.
