Hi,

I’ve applied for my son’s BC registration and passport using JCAP in August, however we will be travelling back to home country in December and obviously no guarantee we will get his BC passport before then.

I’d like to know if my son can travel back to UK on his current passport with Tier 2 dependant visa still valid. If his BC application is approved and passport is issued while we are away, would that cause a problem in returning to UK on Tier 2 dependant visa?
