10 years passed now reapplied

Hi apologies if there is a similar thread already - I couldn't see one ...
My question is - I got refused citizenship last year due to entering illegally. I have held ILR since 2007. I was told to wait until September 2017 to reapply. I have since reapplied in October.
Has anyone else received citizenship after reapplying? Roughly how long did it take? I'm hoping it may be less time as all my information is exactly the same as last time I applied .... probably wishful thinking on my behalf...
