FPN and 3 Points on the driving License

Hi All
i was given FPN and 3 Points for speeding in Feb 2015. I did not challenge the FPN (out of court) and paid £100 fine in time, receiving 3 points on my driving license.
I am due to apply for naturalisation on 19th December.
My question is, would the FPN and 3 points impact the outcome of my application, and under which section in the application should i declare it.
