Hi All,
I will be going for vacation in December 2nd week and will away for close to a month. can you please explain how to handle the situation if the letter confirming Naturalization is delivered during my absence?
Is it ok to book the Ceremony appointment once I am back, that may be after 20 days of mail delivery?
Thanks in advance.

Ask someone to keep an eye on your post??
You are usually required to BOOK the ceremony within 21 days and you must ATTEND the ceremony within 90 days.
On what date did you apply for citizenship??

Thanks a lot,
I can see the online status of the application changed to Decided for a week now but not received the letter so far. is there any details in the letter which required for booking ceremony?
Please dont think I am super confident. Just wanted to be prepared in case if its yes.

Your letter will have a reference number that the council will ask for when you book your ceremony.
There are TWO types of letter.
1. A joint approval and ceremony invitation letter.
2. An approval letter and a separate ceremony letter.
