Hi everybody,
I got my citizenship recently. However, my wife and kids applied later and still await a decision.
Shall they inform the HO about my citizenship? Would this facilitate/speed up their applications?

Not necessary. They would have to meet the requirements individually and separately from you anyway. There is no 'dependent citizenship' concept or application.
