Hi,
I am looking for help regarding a doubt.

My child was boon outside UK(I was on visa that time).
Now I am BC.
My partner is still on dependent visa.

Question- Does my child can register as a BC, since one of the parent is BC?
or he has to wait for ILR, then BC?

Your child will follow the same immigration path as your wife.

Children born abroad require ILR first. The child will follow the same immigration path as your spouse.
