Hubby had his ILR approved today !

1. Can we apply before he receives his new BRP?
And if so how do we fill out brp section on AN form? Do we use previous BRP info as awaiting new one?


2. He is a sole trader what is tax office reference or address? Is this UTR?

3. Will he have to complete new biometrics if completed today?

2. Yes, his UTR.

3. Yes, biometrics are required for ALL applications made, regardless of how recently you submitted them for another application.
