Date of acknowledgement: email 18/12 letter received 20/12/17
Date money gone off account: payment declined for passport and Naturalization
Date of letter requesting biometrics: 15/12/17 received 20/12/17
Hello , I have an question. My Naturalization fee and the passport fee has been declined because my card been lost and I had to cancel.
Today I received a letter to make the Naturalization payment in 14 days (1282) and the letter to do the biometrics in 15 days . But how about the passport fee? How to send the details of my new card to pay for the passport ?
Can someone please help me ?

For the time being, just pay £1282 & don't worry about passport fee. They will get in touch when they are ready to take payment again.

I lost my wallet and had to cancel my cards.

My payments were declined for the same reason. I emailed and called to advise this. I received an email reply back the next day regarding the citizenship payment and emailed over a new payment form as soon as my replacement debit card arrived. The payment was then taken a few minutes after emailing the new payment form.

A few days later I received a letter for the passport fee and had to call in to make payment over the phone..

what was the email address for Naturilisation please? my payment is declined as well and I haven't received any letter or payment slip.

Is that similar like we fill in the form? please advise.
