I am on ILR (pre 2012) and planing to apply for Naturalization/Citizenship

1. Do I need to produce my house documents or Bank Statements or Monthly payslips?
2. What document is needed for my child born outside of UK
3. I have PCN in the last 12 months - will that be an issue
4. if my stay outside UK in the last 12 months i more than 90 days due to Business reasons, wll that be an issue?
5. finally, does anyone have a checklist?

Form MN1 and the guidance notes clearly states what you need to submit.

What PCN do you have?

It does say in the application you don't need to declare anything minor like parking fines etc.

If you apply with NCS, during the process they will ask you to tick a box if you had more than one PCN within the past year, as far as I know that's where you declare it.
