I applied for naturalisation without my life in the uk certificate as i cannot find it. My case worker has given me 19 days to provide this. Please how can i get the NCS number .I need to ring them in order to speak to the home office in order to get my certificate number from them.

The NCS number? This is the local Council where you submitted your BC application. There is no central NCS contact number.

Are you sure it wasn't kept as part of ILR application? If you took that route?

I would get my hands on a life in uk book and read it and do the test again and get a new certificate and send it to home office. I remember when I took my test I studied for it only one day and took the test same day. So 19 days to submit its possible to do the work all by yourself without involving NCS afterall you never submitted the life in uk certificate to NCS to begin with, you told them it was lost, they should have advised you to apply only when you have everything together. Like this you might loose the fee you paid home office if they decide you don't meet the naturalisation requirements, don't waste time just get a new certificate.
