Naturalisation for under 18 children.

Hello All,

I recently recieved my ILR and my wife's PBS dependant visa. I have two children. The elder child has an indian passport amd I understand that for naturalisation he requires and MN1 form.

My second child who is 3 months old does not have any passport. Would and MN1 form still apply to him or is it an S3 form?

Guidance and advice would be much appreciated.

Children are REGISTERED not naturalised.

How old is the child and where was child born?

MN1. Presumably child born before you got ILR?

Thanks for the reply CR001.

Elder child born in the UK is now 2 years old and has an Indian passport.

Younger child born in the UK is now 3 months old and has no passport - would MN1 form still apply? I see an S3 form which is for statless child born in the UK which seems more applicable.

Yes I received my ILR after both the children were born in the UK.

Appreciate your time.

There are no reasons why it shouldn't be applicable.
