Hello everyone can you please advice me about Naturalisation application im just confused about 90 days rule.
Out of uk 01-01-2017 to 21-03-2017 total 81 days
Again out of uk 31/08/2017 to 24/09/2017 total 25 days
So total last year 106 days
Pr date 28/01/2017 i was out of uk when pr arrived
So for my understanding i can apply 30th January 2018
90 days period start from date of application or 90days per year?
Thanks in advance for your help

The absence limits are no more than 450 days in the WHOLE 5 years immediately prior to date of BC application and no more than 90 absence in the 12 months immediately prior to the date of application.
If you plan to apply on 30th January, you also need to make sure that you were physically present in the UK on the exact same date in 2013. If you were not, your application will be refused.

You are overthinking and confusing things. The 90 days counts for the 12 months counting backwards from the date you apply. There is NO requirement to by 'in the UK' etc for the 12 month period. Makes no difference if you were 'out of the UK' when you got your PR.
The 'physically present in the UK' requirement is ONLY for the start of the 5 years period, i.e. x date in January 2013.

I appriciate that you may be posting this via a mobile phone. May I encourage posters to use capitalization and punctuations to help the sentences make easy to read and follow?
We are all here to help each other, but a string of text with little attempt at grammer doesn't help forum users in general.
