Hi,

I have applied for Naturalization & Passport on 10th of this month. Have couple of queries on dependants eligibility please:

- My kids were issued ILR on Dec 2017; Can they apply for British Citizenship as soon my application for Naturalization is approved?


- My wife has got ILR on Oct 2017. Till now, she is out of UK for more than 900 days(Her first entry MAY 2012). However , From July 2016, she in UK with just 53 absences. Can she apply for BC in July 2019 under 3 Years rule?

- If she is not eligible because of her absences, she has to live in UK for 5 Years with just 450 absences? Or Can she apply for BC after 3 years if the rule is considered that she is married to British Citizen , I mean after I become BC, Can she apply in 3 years?

They could have applied at the same time as you.

Yes should be fine for 2019.

Yes, spouse of BC 3 years if she meets the requirements.
