Pregnant however my application is at home Office for ILR

Can my child obtain British passport immediately if my ILR is approved, I applied for the visa before I got pregnant however I am still waiting on Home office to respond to me and I am due to give birth anytime from now.

If the child is born after your ILR is approved your child can apply for British passport directly.

True. If born before, then you have to go through MN1 route.

Most ILR categories (except for protection) are resolved within few days and offer premium 1-day service. It could have been worth if eligible...

OP applied in December 2016 from Tier 1 General, likely tax amendment issues.

Many thanks, there was no tax amendment. In my previous application I guess there was a lack of synch between hmrc account and Home Office.
