Passport application pending confirmation from HO/UKVI

Hello
Does anybody know how I can speed up the communication between the HO/UKVI to HMPO? I know that they say 3 weeks but I've seen people attending ceremonies on the same day as me (9th Jan) or even later than I did and have got their passports.
I've contacted all 3 HO/UKVI email addresses I found on here (in separate emails, nationality fmt, further citizenship enquries, citizenship support) on Monday and have yet to have a response from any of them to see where I stand.
Most importantly I've called my council (Wandsworth) to ask them to give the HO/UKVI a bit of a nudge, which seems to work for some members on here but instead I got fed a lot of horsepoo saying how if they contacted them they'll just delete me from the original queue and stick me at the back again. Basically saying they're unwilling to send a ceremony confirmation again for me.
It is very very stressful as I have a trip next week outside the 3 week boundary.
