Hi, could someone please help me with mn1 application.
I would like to register my son as British. Hes 13, Polish, lived in England 12 years. Ive applied for naturalization and was granted last May. Divorced with my son's father. Court order in place. My question is if my son need any kind of permanent residence card to be register as British. Do i have to apply for it or my son will "inherit" it automatically from me? I've heard different stories. Could someone please help me.
Thank you

Do you hold a Document certifying Permanent Residence???

You both have to apply for it on form EEA4 before you can apply for citizenship. It costs £65 each.

Hi. Just curiosity. I've been through the eea (pr) application as suggested above. How 13 year old child can fill this application and why should i I act as eea citizen and send all documents again if im already British citizen. Just trying to understand ??? Thank you.
