Apply on your own under Section 6(1) of the nationality act based on 5 years residence.

Sorry . I am asking too many questions . I am getting embarrassed of myself. But I do need help .
In the application they ask to tick the current marital status. For me is" married". And in the joint documents with application they ask for the spouse passport And the marriage certificate which I can't provide.
Do I have only tick the box of "married" without sending my spouse passport nor the marriage certificate ?
I really appreciate your replays.
Thank you

If you are married, you tick married. You can add an explanation in the 'Additional Information' page of the form about separation.

Sorry for the undeliberate multiple posts mistake.
Thanks for your replay .
My next question is about date and place and the country my fingerprints were taken. In page 25 ( question 6.13 and 6.14 )
My fingerprints were taken first in algeria to apply for spouse visa and the they were taken again here in Bradford to apply for BRP and they were taken again in Grimsby for BRP replacement.
Which one I should provide. Plz
Thank you for your replay.
Most appreciated.
