Hello all
I got my approval letter 2nd of fab letter dated 28th jan I am trying to book my ceremony but my council did not update in system they just saying keep trying online .
As the lady said on phone they have so many certificates it's take some time to upload.
Is it just normal thing or I contect with home office
It's mentioned in letter I have to book ceremony with in 21 days of letter dated. Almost 10 days gone.

Have you got this sorted? I can't seem to get through my council myself, phone is always engaged.
