The decĺaration of form MN1

In form mn1, section 8" the declaration": 8.6 (where I have provided a photocopy of my parent's, adoptive parent's or grand parent's british passport, I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, it is a complete and full copy of that original document) is it necessary to tick this question even that I am not bristish and not sending any passport???? So shall I tick it or skip it.
