MN1 child citizenship help needed please

Hi experts, I desperately need help as my wife must travel for urgent personal matter and she cannot due to the delay in our daughter passport.
We applied for her using checking Service (Registration & Passport)
Eligibility criteria: (section 1(3); section 3(1); etc.)
Method of application: NCS (Nottingham)
Date of receipt by UKBA: Sep 2017
Date of debit of fees: Sep 2017
Date of receipt of acknowledgement: Sep 2017
Date of receipt of approval and registration certificate: 12th of January 2018.
We did not get any documents back and now it has been over a month and we did not receive our daughter passport.
We are very worried, is there a number we can call, is this normal? we checked other timelines and passports arrive mostly in the same time with the registration certificate. please guys advise. thank you
