Online MN1 form

Hi
I require some help regarding MN1 form online form section 1 (3).
I have recently got ilr and now applying for my daughter as BC. She is only 4 months old and doesnt have a passport or any other identity card. I want to know
1. Will she be called "stateless"? Or will be pakistani as both parents have the pakistani passport?
2. As she doesnt have a pasaport, will birth certificate be enough as an identity document??

She is pakistani because u and ur wife are pakistani it does not matter if she dont have pakistani passport or id card. Im sure on her birth certificate in ur and ur wife's nationality section it says pakistani. I think u might have to get her pakistani passport done before applying for MN1 just to be on the safe aide

Thanks for responding.
Actually i want to travel home asap. Pakistani passport will take at least a month. I just want to be sure that not havng her passport will not be a problem. I understand people might have applied under similar situation.. i want to know whether they had any issues.

You dont need passport as childern born in the UK are eligibel to registered as British citizen if parent has settled. Its very simple process. When do you intend to travel to your home county?

When did you get your ILR? Was it before your daughter was born?

When did you get your ILR? Was it before your daughter was born?
OP has clearly mentioned that he has got ILR very recently and his daughter is 4 months old !!!

It might be quite difficult to get UK passport via MN1 route by April. You may delay your trip until your daugher granted British passport.

Yeah .. i think so too.. but recently application are being processed quicker.. fingers crossed.. i am now thinking to go in may

Hi I am in same situation, could you please tell us what happened to you, did your daughter get it without providing any identification document ?
My child is only 2 weeks and in same situation
