British Citizenship_Biometrics Letter

Dear Moderators,
Wondered if you could assist
I applied for British Citizenship along with my spouse and 4 children last month, Received acknowledgement letter (1 letter confirming family application for 6 people) and Biometric letters for 5 of us nearly 2 weeks ago.
Unfortunately 1 Biometric letter is not received which appears to have been lost in the post!
I was thinking to send an email to Nationality Enquiry email id but their normal response time is 20 working days or over.
Please could you advise how to proceed from here?
