Naturalaisation

Dear members,
I need your valuable suggestions..i am in ILR now..my naturalaisation due in December 2018.
But i am in problem with a tfl case now ..its a fair aviation case....and its not been to the court yet..but i am suspecting it will very soon..i had zone 2/3 pass and a £4.70 topup on my oyster card but the silly mistake i did is i forgot to touch in whil travel to zone one . They sent me a letter asking if i pledge guilty or not.I have written a letter about out of court settlement sent an email aswel but no response.
If it goes to the court i will have a criminal record which will effect my naturalaisation...
Please help....as i dont want to have a criminal record which will effect my career aswel.
