Hi Guys

I am back again with a new question.

I was on ILR from June 2016 and got my nationality in Jan 2018. My baby was born in Feb 2018 back in Pakistan.

Is she British ? Can I apply for her passport ?

If the date of the birth of the child is on or after the date of your naturalisation certificate, the child is born a British citizen by descent and you can apply for a British passport.

So my ILR date is 30.06.2016
Date apply for Naturalist ion was 01.07.2017
Approved in Dec 2017 (not confirmed about date)
Date received passport 10.01.2018

Does that mean She is eligible for British citizenship ?

Also both my Daughter and wife are in Pakistan. Do i need to make an application here for Daughter passport or do they need to make application in Pakistan ?

What was the date of your citizenship ceremony/naturalisation ceremony? That is the only relevant date.

Was your daughter born before or after that date?

If you received your British passport after your naturalisation, then she was born after you naturalised.

Then she is automatically British.
