Name Details and Spouse Passport

Hi, I am just about to submit my application and have two questions
My passports have my maiden name, however most documents in the UK are under my married name. Bank statement, NI number letter and my sons birth certificate
Is that going to be an issue, I would like my citizenship certificate and passport to be on my maiden name
The second question I have, is in relation to my spouse’s British passport.
It says to send a complete and full copy of my spouse’s passport. I can send a copy with all the blank pages as requested too, however the original copy of passport will be unavailable as he is currently looking for work and employers are asking to see his passport.
I am not going through the NCS as the local council do not offer the service.
