Child First Passport Overseas

Hi All,
We (naturalized BC, holding BC passports) are applying for our child first's uk passport from overseas.
Little confused with Table B "The passport you entered the country from which you are applying"
Is it asking for parents passport or child passport?
As our child doesnt has any passport, and we are applying for his uk passport which will be his first ever passport
Also I am just providing following supporting documents, can someone please confirm this is sufficient?
Child Birth Certificate
Mother naturalization certificate
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated
