Need help plz with form AN

Hi guys I’m hoping to send my application form for citizenship today. Just wondering (got my ILR in 2015 via the 10 years residency route). With regards to documents

Section 1 (evidence of identity) I’ve put in my passport.
2 . Evidence of knowledge I’ve put in the KOL test certificate I got in 2015(is this okay?) and a uk degree certificate.
3. My passport covers this section for residency
4. Doesn’t apply (as it’s for EEA/Switzerland/ fam members.
5. My residence permit (ILR card) covers this
6. Not applicable (app is not based on marriage )
7. Not applicable (self employed applicants only)
8. Not applicable
9. Not applicant (marriage / civil partnerships)
10. (I’m confused about) it asks for evidence of national insurance contributions covering relevant period. My main question is, does this section (10) apply to all or just those who got their ILR through the employment route? If it applies to all it will be very difficult to find all my payslips/p60s for 10 years!!!

LIUK test certificate or Knowledge of Language (two different tests)???
10. (I’m confused about) it asks for evidence of national insurance contributions covering relevant period. My main question is, does this section (10) apply to all or just those who got their ILR through the employment route? If it applies to all it will be very difficult to find all my payslips/p60s for 10 years!!!

Yes, it applies to all applicants.

I mean the life in the uk test.

My mum applied for BC in December and just received it. She said she never included payslips or p60s (although she says my form is slightly different to hers). I thought providing your national insurance would suffice ? 🙁 perhaps I’ll send it like that and see if they’ll request for that ?

Should be fine with NI number.

You can also print out a list of your NI contribution from the gov website.
