Hello!

Just received the certificate (Permanent Residence, 6 years) and opened the form. I read the guide but still have some questions.

1. I understand I have to send my Ukrainian passport, is that right?
2. Marriage of parents, date and place. I am trying to get the information, but do I really have to include it? I am not applying as British by descent
3. Grandparents - same reasoning.

What are you applying for? What certificate did you receive?

Citizenship certificate. I am applying for passport now.

1. All uncancelled passports must be sent.

2. Parents details yes you need to include.

3. Grandparents details no.
