British Citizenship (MN1 Child born in UK) Approved and Passport received while in India

Hi,
Here is my scenario:
Parent got ILR (Tier-2 general visa 5 years route to ILR). Applied for MN1 Registration + Passport for the Child born in the UK using Council NCS JCAP service. Gave biometrics and travelled to India using Child's Indian passport + Tier 2 dependant visa.

But MN1 Registration got approved and Passport arrived in UK address while we are in India (sooner than we expected). My friend who had a spare key posted child's BC passport to us.

We are travelling back to UK soon. Now the question is what do I tell India immigration officers and UK Immigration officers when travelling back to UK? Which documents should I show? Do I need to surrender my child's Indian passport while in India?

Please advice. Many Thanks.

Child’s British passport should be sufficient (3(9)(a)) for UK immigration.
Probably need to surrender Indian passport to Indian authorities.
