Council cannot locate details

I have received the citizenship ceromany letter and have contacted the council twice.
They have advised me details are not on system and are required to speak to the back office.
The 14 days to book an appointment is coming up next week and I am not having any luck.
Any advice?

I have checked the numbers that I am providing the council
I have the following numbers

I've read on here letters have been issued by mistske. Might be worth emailing Home office.

no worries. My friend has no record in the council to book ceremony for 10days, he just booked last friday.
no worries. send a email to the HO as well. just in case the HO make any admin mistake thus you cannot book the ceremony within 21 days. you are protected as you don't intend to do so and well inform to the HO and the local council.

Spoke to the council today, lady advised sometimes could take a while for details to come through and advised me to wait till Thursday which would then be 14 days.
Shall I email home office today or wait till Thursday

People have received approval letter but not ceremony invite letter, when they contacted Home office the letter was issued by mistake and the application was still ongoing, very rare though, as I said contact them for an update to where letter is.

you should also email the HO, thus have a record you do not intend to not booking but the local council cannot book you because yhey have no.record.
