Naturalisation application for my wife

Hi,

I was naturalized as a British Citizen last January and my wife got her ILR last week. I have a question about her naturalization application that we will file next week. She came to the UK in 2009 and was a student from 2009-2010, she worked in full time employment from 2010-2012 and was home for two years after that not working. She registered a company that hardly trades and she is the sole director. On her ILR application as she is a dependent not drawing income, her status was no source of income.
all the self assessment for her as a director even though there is no income and company returns are all in order. On the naturalization form, does she need to be reported as a director?

Really appreciate if some of the more knowledgeable members can opine

Thanks

No need if company has not traded and is inactive.

Thank you. It has traded but very limited. Less than 500 pounds in company earnings and zero for my wife as a director.

Maybe you should add that she is a director. Returns are up to date so no worries.
