Charged twice!!!!

Guys my bank account has been debited for a payment of £1282 (x2) by UKVI. Initially I got a message from bank saying money was declined so sent a new payment slip two days after. However, about 3 days after I sent the payment slip I got my application acknowledgment letter and form for biometric registration plus another payment slip (from them). So filled out the third payment slip assuming that the one I sent two days prior didn’t reach them but have just found out they have charged my twice. Spoke to my bank to open a dispute about cancelling one of the payments as that would leave my balance at almost 0 
. Can’t seem to get an email for UKVI anywhere and the helpline they have a nightmare to get through to someone answering it always directs you to the website! Grrrr. I hope the application is cancelled because I asked to cancel one of the payments.
