Hello All,

I and my spouse applied for naturalisation on March 10th (online) via Ndrs as joint application
While the main applicatant got his case I.d/acknowledgement in next couple of days, it took nearly a month to get mine case I.d. But our passport fees got deducted on the same day (we got a letter from home office with both our names and passport reference in a single letter requesting for payment as some payment details were missing in the application we have submitted).
My husband’s application was approved on 25th April and we received a letter on ]05th of May requesting him to book for ceremony.I’m yet to receive any update on my application.

We didn’t submit Naric letter for me as the checklist did not mentioned any English language requirement. We realised it last minute that we have to submit Naric certificate, so we submitted Naric letter for my husband and pbs points calculator we used during ilr application for me,so we’re actually waiting for a letter from home office asking me to submit my Naric letter to prove my English language requirement before getting any approval for both.

As per the processing timelines in this forum, I can see the joint applications are approved Together almost same day. Has it happened to anyone where one application has been approved and others is pending ?

PBS points calculator cannot be used as proof of English language requirement anymore! Either approved English test or NARIC. That may be the reason of your delay.

Just wanted to give an update.

Looks like Our application was approved jointly but they posted mine to old address
They didn’t ask any other supporting documents for my English language requirement.

Received an email copy of my approval after I updated chance in circumstances form, as we recently moved.
