Employment history issue

Hi All,
I am due to apply for naturalisation in July 2018. There is one thing I need gurus advice on.
I got my ILR via Tier 1 Entrepreneur 5 year route. Initial Tier 1 was granted in January 2012, registered as director for ABC XYZ LTD in May 2012 but issue is, I got registered as employee of same company ABC XYZ LTD in April 2012.
Now my confusion is, according to conditions for that visa, I was only allowed to work for my own company. But I became employee first and director later.
Did I breach Immigration conditions for Tier 1 Entrepreneur or am I good to go to apply for naturalisation?
Experts' quick advise will be highly appreciated.
