Citizenship application right after ILR

Hi,
I hope you can help clarify my eligibility for British Citizenship.

I complete 5 years on my Tier 2 sponsor visa and applying for ILR via a premium appointment on 15 June. Presuming that my ILR application is a success and I get my residence permit (biometric) card by 22 June, can I start the naturalisation process (for British citizenship) on 25 June as I am married to a British citizen (but wasn't a dependent as I was on a Tier 2 visa). I wasn't sure if I need to wait for the 1 year period between ILR and naturalisation by virtue of my marriage.
Thanks
Vashi

Yes, provided you meet all the standard requirement for spouse of BC application based on 3 year residence, including the absence limit and being physically present in the UK exactly 3 years ago on the date that you submit your citizenship application.
