This is my story

I entered to the UK on 2011March by Visa student tier4 it was valid until 2012 Jun. Before my visa get expired I married on march 2012 to eur citizen after my visa expired I applied for residence card on September 2012 . Now I have permanent card .

When can I apply for naturalisation?
Do the period between tier 4 visa Jun 2012 and Sept 2012 when applied for card residance will affect my naturalisation as I was overseas?

You can apply 12 months after you have attained PR. You should have received a letter with your PR card stating which date you automatically attained PR.

You state you applied for a Residence card outside the UK. Your time for citizenship will start from the date you returned and completed 5 years residence plus the 12 months on PR status.

No. You were outside the UK, so not sure why you think this will be an issue.

no. i had a visa tier 4 whitch expired jun 2012 before expired exactly on feb 2012 i went me and eu to my back home because shes from my back as well to get married there .after we married we back together in uk on march 2012.on may 2012 i applied for residance card after waiting untill aug 2012 they reject my application because it wasnot enough .and then on sep 2012 i applied on basis employment after waiting almost 1 year they refuse application on basis my wife employer didi not pick up the phone . i went to apeal and i got 5 year residence card and then semp 2017 i applied for permanent card and issued on feb 2018.
1) on basis what you said i have right for naturalisation on semp 2018?

2) do you think the period from my first visa tier4 when exp untill i got 5 year i was overseas?

I would expect the answer number 1 to be correct, as Tier 4 does not count as qualifying period for EEA(PR) and treaty rights were exercised only after you got (again) into the country and got the Family member of a European Union citizen Residence card (BRP type). The letter with your EEA(PR) approval would specify the exact date you got PR, as mentioned above. Then add 1 year to that and you got the BC application of naturalisation eligibility date under section 6.1 of the nationality law 1981.

3) on 14 may 2012 apply for residence card which was rejected on 15 aug 2012.

4) on 10 sep 2012 apply for residence card again which was refused on jul 2013.

5) i apealed against the refuse which was allowed and got 5year.

6) on jan 2018 i got permenant card .The letter with my (PR) approval specify my permenant on aug 2017 .

now i want on aug 2018 to apply naturalisation .do it was my immigration history as good character or not .

Good character requirement applies every single applicant in your case you was here without a valid leave from June 2012 to till residence card issued. Home office will send you a test form where they ask you some questions about your circumstance during that period so you need to satisfy them. If you did they will naturalize you if not then will be rejected. This in my experience not an advice . I personally went through so many cases people overstayed but satisfy UKBA and approved.I personally think you have a strong case.

Nonsense. He was married to an EU citizen before his UK visa expired so there is no period of overstay, provided his spouse was a qualified person exercising treaty rights. His rights are automatic from date of marriage and not from date of residence card.

Why were your residence card applications refused??

because ho call my wife employer and no one pick up the phone and my apeal allowed.

do you think i have any chance.

If you got married outside the UK as your earlier posts suggest, your time as spouse of EU citizen starts when you entered the UK after marriage.

yes it was outside uk on 15feb 2012 . on march 2012 we back to uk .

especially CR001 Read immigration history then tell

he was here on uk immigration rule his visa was expired when he was rejected residence card he did not appeal that decision that one he applied again 2nd time so how you said he was here with valid leave does this has sense or still

Non EU spouses of EU citizens do not have to apply for a residence card, it is optional. Their rights to reside are automatic under the EU regulations if they are married. A refusal of a residence card does not mean the non EU spouse is in the UK with no legal status.

CR001 is correct. Residence Card refusal does not mean that you are illegal. You have no period of overstay under immigration rule. You married an EEA National and returned to UK in March 2012 so you have met the 6 yrs residency requirement from Mar 2018.
I guess your residence card refusal stated that "this is not a formal determination of your status under the regulations.....

I recieved letter tax calculation on 2016-2017 it was little tax 86 pound . And it was not my fault because the tax deduction automaticly employer take it from my payslip . Now on the letter hmrc say i dont need to do nothing they will increase my tax untill i finish it .

Do you thing this will affect my naturalisation application ?

Single Adult Application (AN Form) - £1282.00 each

Passport/Travel Document to cover past 5 years (if passport or travel document does not cover past 5 years you will require alternative evidence, see below)
Confirmation of Indefinite Leave to Remain (held for 12 months or more) or Permanent Residence card if you are an EEA National held for 12 months

Life in UK for all countries
PLUS
- B1 from an approved test centre and or any degree taught in English, if done abroad you need to get two covering letters from NARIC UK on 0871 330 7033 (comparability & taught in English medium).
