6 months and not received any updates for the BC application

I applied for the citizeship at NCS (Croydon) 19/01/2018, I did the biometric beginning of February and since then I have not received any updates. I was looking at the timeline and others did receive the BC+passport in 3 months so I start to be worry. I tried to call them but less than 6 months they don't accept any call, I will try again end of July, anyone experienced similar delays? Can I track the progress online

There is no "online progress" link no. You will need to wait. Some members are still waiting from early last year.

Theoretically UKVI should have written you to tell you that they couldn't process within the 6 month period:

***update***
They sent me a letter showing that it was missing a document at the beginning of August, I did sent the same document I sent with the initial application and they were satisfied with that so I got the ceremony at the beginning of October and passport mid of October
