Can I apply offline MN1 and still keep original documents ?

I need to apply for British Citizen ship for my children born in UK, one is 2 years old and one is born few weeks ago. Both were born before I received my ILR last month.
Now if I apply online... they are asking for photo identification for my new born baby but only document I have is her child's birth certificate. which is why I decided to switch to offline MN1 form now as it doesn't asks for that.
Questions:
Applying offline MN1, can I keep my original documents ?
Do I need referres again for passport application after successful citizenship using offline MN1 ?
Online or offline, which is fastest way to get passports for childrens
Thank you

My new born baby only has birth certificate, but online forms are asking for photo identity, what should I do ?
I have no other document to provide for her, I have documents like marriage certificate of myself etc...

If I fill online this is what I get in document check list,
If Miss Baby2Weeks has a passport then provide this with your application. If Miss Baby2Weeks does not have a passport then you must provide another officially-issued identity document. This could include an official travel document or national identity card.

While filling MN1 online form, can't print application form until referee details are filled in, what should I ask doctor, will they give personal details just like that as my doctor is asking for £20 for filling in form ? but I print form until I have there details

Please keep your mn1 questions in one topic!!!
You put no if neither parent is applying.
