TLS Contact Biometrics booking delay

I received an email from the Home Office with instructions to email TLS Contact to make a biometrics booking. I made the booking as instructed but it's been days and I haven't had any reply whatsoever. No acknowledgment email at all. It has gone completely dark.
My question is how long does it usually take from sending an email to TLS Contact to make a biometrics appointment booking until actually getting a response with dates when to attend biometrics? I am supposed to go to TLS Contact in Cape Town, South Africa.
