British Passport policy

Hi applying for my uk passport after ceremony but it says I have to submit original passport I came to the uk with which was lost and I was also naturalised without it what do I do should I contact passport office

Section 3 (C) of the Paper Application Form has place to give info required for 'Details of the lost and stolen passport'?
