Hi, Can Some one tell me I am EU National With Non EU Wife .....
My Wife and I get PR Last week I have 3 Kids 2 Kids Also get PR with us but the last one born in London
he is 4 years what should I do for this kid?? to get his UK Passport he don,t have PR
1- which from I can apply
2- what is the fee
3-Timing of this application

1. MN1 form. Passport is a separate process.
2. £1,033 application fee for registering the child as British.
3. It can take a couple of months, sometimes longer.

Hi, I am doing on line MN 1 Form for my 4 years Son after I have EU PR last month he Born in london he is 4 years. Please can some one have a patron of A letter of consent from parent to the 4 years child. Thanks

Letter of consent is not required in your circumstances.

Hi this is what they ask me
A letter of consent from Mr ..............my son name is here parent(s) or legal guardian(s)

Not required as you seem to be in the UK with the childs other parent.
The consent letter is required if the other parent is NOT in the UK etc.

My son only got EU family dependent residence card for 5 years he don't have PR, now I am stuck on this question of MN1 form.
what type of settlement do you have?
For example, you have Indefinite leave to remain (ILR), Indefinite leave to enter (ILE), Right of abode (ROA) or Permanent residence (PR)
should I answer YES or NO

2. A UK born child DOES NOT need or or ILR. Leave the question blank as not relevant!!
