Dear All,

I dont have any FPN or PCN but received a "community roadwatch speeding notification" once for travelling 24 mph on 20 mph zone. The notification states: "No further action will be taken on this occasion but it will be held in our records for 12 months. If the vehicle comes to notice again it will be investigated further"

Should I declare this in my Citizenship application? If yes, in which section?
I have not seen the online application form yet. But I did not find the correct place in paper based AN form. Any help on this matter is highly appreciated.

Regards,
S

I had to do some research to find anything on this - never heard of it before .... here's a quote from
https://www.brent.gov.uk/media/16406320 ... al-v2.docx:
2. Will the speeder receive points on their licence and / or a fine?
No, the scheme is about education, engagement and public confidence. Enforcement can be carried out by police officers if a location or individual requires further attention. By using CRW results, repeat offenders will be identified and can be dealt with on operations separate to CRW

In my view this doesn't need to be disclosed, except if you are identified as a repeat offender and then get fined or taken to court.
