British citizenship for my daughter

Hi guys.
I need help and i would really appreciate if someone can help me

Me = pakistani national.
Wife =polish national

Married in Ireland =april 2007

Moved to uk =15 november 2007
Wife granted WRS =12 feb 2008

Our daughter was born in UK = 14 august 2012 (she will be 6 years old in 3 days)

I was granted brirish passport =16 august 2014 (applied under the eea treaty rights after 6 years)

We would like to apply for British passport for my daughter.
What ruote i need to take? Need some guidance plesse.
She was born i think few months before us being resident in the UK for 5 years.

I am now british citizen and wife is still Polish citizen.
Daughter have no passpprt currently.

Can we apply british passport for our daughter?
She is born in UK and have brirish birth certificate.

Please help. Much appreciated.

The child should be registered as a British citizen on Form MN1. You can then apply for a passport for her.

If you were in Northern Ireland in August of 2007, then your child may automatically qualify for British Citizen. My assumption is based on the fact that you had 3 months initial right of Residence, and if your wife begins to exercise Treaty rights in November 2007, then your child may qualify for British Citizenship.
