Hi All,

I will be submitting mine and my wife's BC application via NDRS. I will also submit our passport application at the same time. I got few questions around passport form:

In section 3, Have you had or been included on any sort of passport before?
Here I will provide our Indian passport details?

For Section 5, certificate of registration or naturalisation: Has the person named granted a certificate?
As I will be applying for our naturalisation application at the same time, so do i need to leave the section blank or select 'NO' block?

Thanks

No.
Thank you for the prompt response. I have got one more question regarding my wife application. She started working as a Director of a limited company last year. As she need to submit most recent statement from HM revenue, HMRC have not issued any statements to her SA account yet. She has got the letter from her account stating that. Does she need any other document from her accountant?
