Registering Children 3 years and 4 months - referees

- I got my ILR in June 2018
- My 1st child born in UK July 2015
- My 2nd child born in UK May 2018
- 1st referee is not a problem for both as we know british citizens in UK
- 2nd referee should be someone who has looked after my child with a professional background
- For my 1st child it is fine, as the nursery staff can sign the document
- How can I find an eligible person for my 2nd child?
- I believe I could register both my children as British citizens as I have got the ILR?
- Does my 2nd child need to apply for my native country's citizenship before I register as a British citizen?
