I remember 2 years ago I have received a FPN around £60-£70 and paid it but unfortunately cannot find the FPN paper to put the details, what should I do?

Check your bank/credit card statement and put the date of the payment.

i had a fpn from dvla ... i checked my bank statement but that date was only when i made a payment so i rang dvla and gave them details and the guy on the fone was very helpful and gave me exact details.

whoever gave you FPN , police /council/dvla , contact them and you will find exact details.

Just put rough date and amount and in additional information explain this that you dont remember
