Naturalisation for my son

I have acquired the British citizenship 2 weeks ago. My wife and my son are awaiting on their ILR application decision. My question is: should my son obatin his ILR can I get him to register as British citizen straight away or does he have to wait for 1 year before applying? he was born abroad. I know that my wife will have to wait for 1 yr before applying for Naturalistaion, but is it the same case for my son.
